Farewell to Coach Dotty!

What can we say about this amazing lady?  Quite a lot actually……….. 

Dotty started at our RDA more than eight and a half years ago as a volunteer.  She has taken on many roles, and worn many different hats, at our RDA since then.  Currently, Dotty is our Monday coach but sadly she will be leaving us at the end of Term One.

We have enjoyed Dotty’s fabulous sense of humour and her ability to make riding fun for our riders.  Dotty has a unique ability to connect with our riders and to give them the space to learn and grow while riding at our RDA.  Her intuitive approach to all her riders has resulted in great growth and progress for them, in addition to their achievement of numerous goals.

Dotty has been described by our RDA family of riders, staff and volunteers as:

We wish Dotty all the very, very best for her future adventures, but we hope that she comes back to visit us as we strive to continue the legacy she leaves behind.  Dotty you are truly one-of-a-kind and we sincerely thank you for all the time, energy and fun you have put into our RDA.
